Nua, founded in 2017, is a digitally native brand which primarily focuses on selling women's wellness and hygiene products. Their product categories are sanitary pads, period & intimate care, and skin care. With over 5 lakh part of their community, Nua has built a Nua has built a strong online presence in conversations around wellness and hygiene around menstruation. To stay ahead of their competition, Nua needs to leverage their community and innovate faster.

The objective of the strategic design audit is to conduct a detailed and comprehensive study of the organisation. It would evaluate the company’s current vision, highlight strategic risks and assess the need for resource change or goal articulation for reorienting, or rebuilding the strategy and vision of the organisation.
