Designing Migration experience from native to cloud offerings
In today's times, most business softwares leverage the power of the cloud to enable remote working, faster updates and increased data security.
However, there are many legacy softwares which are still based on-premise, and are looking to move their customers to their cloud based offerings. There is an inherent resistance shown by large segments of customers to migrate, and many do not have a seamless experience during migration.
This project attempts to improve the end-to-end desktop migration experience.

The goal of the Graduation Project is to increase the success rate of end-to-end migration experience and improve customer satisfaction.

6 months (August 2023- January 2024)
Expected Final Outcome
Final high-fidelity prototypes of detailed solutions, validated and tested with users- then presented to the entire Design, Product Management Team and Senior Product Leadership.
